Very happy with doctor and nurse

Rude. Told us we couldn't ask a question because he had patients waiting

Doctor very knowledgeable and had good recommendations

This was my first appointment with Dr. Schumann. He asked a lot of questions but unfortunately, I couldn't remember many of the answers. I wasn't very helpful but we managed.

Very impressed by Dr. Schumann.

Very interested in my health concerns

Much of the valuable information Dr S offered was somewhat new to me, and it was a bit overwhelming at time to keep up. Not his fault. I do feel comfortable following up with anything that is unclear to me through the portal. Also I was kind of a mess on our first visit but did not feel judged or too hopeless to offer medical support and suggestions, which is a big deal. I brought notes with my history and efforts/meds to resolve sleep issues and was impressed that Dr S took the time to read them and consider them in his suggestions. Seems like a good guy, and yeah, that matters!

Dr. Schumann listened to me and addressed my issues.

This doctor was like a robot. He was very disagreeable when I stated something. Not very friendly.

Very understanding

Thank you Dr. Schumann for expediting the cpap machine. I now sleep up to 6hrs before I wake up. And I wake up in the position that I went to sleep in. Before my banket was knotted up and my pillows were on the floor or somewhere else. I very seldom slept a solid 3hrs. I've been like this for many years. I never feel rested. Still don't but I do feel better.

When I tried to give him details he seemed frustrated and didn't seem to want to listen. If I didn't understand the question and he had to explain a different way seemed very irritated. Not friendly at all

I feel this dr. Has been doing this same job forever and heard everything a patient might say. I was very normal and as expected to him.

He is an excellent doctor

I would like to be able to converse a little slower. He has to speak very quickly to convey all the information. That is hard for me to follow and remember. It would be very good to have more time with the doctor.

He was okay but seemed to be in a hurry or rushed. Compared to the previous person that I meet with, It seemed was pushing to the next thing on a list.

Very thorough doctor

He was very attentive and was not rushed. Took the time to ask questions, listen to my responses and explain what he was doing. Gave me options and explained each. Explained what I would need to do, when I would receive the test, what to expect, etc. Very nice and seemed to be genuinely concerned about me.

He gave me an opportunity to think about an additional options to lower my BMI. He advised me to think about it and call his office with my decision.

Dr. Schumann doesn't have patience to deal with patients. He seemed annoyed with my questions. He doesn't consider that as I am a new patient, I don't yet know what to expect and sleep test results were never explained to me.

Dr Schumann is wonderful and the care he has provided me has truly changed my life. I know that he genuinely cares about me

Was not interested in my situation. Did not address my concerns. Asked series of set questions and didn't want to hear anything else. 

My provider seemed extremely distracted during my visit. Because my CPAP readings were not good, he told me to continue to monitor them and call him in approximately two weeks. 

The doctor spoke down to me and was very dismissive of my concerns saying, "As you get older you are going to have pain."

Doctor had no idea that I was there to discuss a sleep test. Had to leave the room to get the test results.

He was an odd character. Spoke very fast & low. It was like mumbling. I had to ask him to repeat himself a few times.

He seemed annoyed he had a patient to see. He was not interested in hearing what I had to say.

I was impressed with Dr. Schumann's pleasant manner, forthright explanations, and him including me in decisions.

Doc did pretty well and is scheduling a 2nd in lab test to make sure nothing further is needed.

Really liked Doctor and his assistant

Dr Schumann was very succinct in his questions and took plenty of notes. I'm sure he had other patients waiting so he got the job done and answer my questions was off to the next patient. Very pleasant visit and was quick to solve my problem.

Care provider didn't seem interested. Didn't ask how I felt about using a cpap; if it made a difference, etc.

The issue was that I had a sleep test and it was on file, but Dr. Schumann didn't know it had been done and was asking me all these questions and somehow we finally said we were here to go over our test. That was why I thought this appointment was scheduled in the first place. The communication between entities, test office and Dr were poor.

I like Dr. Schumann a lot, very empathetic and encouraging. 

The doctor was very attentive to my situation and concerns. He also provided detailed information about the different risks and shared his expertise on the subject. I felt encouraged to ask several questions and he answered everyone of them in an understandable way. Needless to say I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to addressing my health concerns.

He would ask a question and didn't give me time hardly to respond with every question. I know he's busy so tried to not annoy him with an answer. Other than that he was good.

I was happy with my experience.
