This nurse practitioner is one of the most condescending people I have ever met in this profession.

Very knowledgeable and concerned for my well being.

Linda Shey has been the only provider that has helped me lower my diabetes numbers. Because of her experience with diabetes she was worth the wait.

I felt she was very knowledgeable but she seemed more matter-of-fact rather than emphatic/listening that I hope we develop rapport. This diagnosis is new so I'm really struggling with questions and concerns and it felt like I wasn't heard. 

Overall the visit was very good and informative.

I was relieved to have someone who took the time to see what needed attention and where my treatment needed a new direction. I have niot had a Dr really look into my needs instead of just renewing my prescriptions in years. I am feeling like I am in good hands finally

I felt rushed and didn't even get my prescription. 

As a new provider for me, Ms Shey took great care to ask me questions about my history and she provided so much useful information. She is exceptional in what she does, and I was very impressed with her knowledge and suggestions.

Provider had not read chart, was not familiar with history, was confused about currently prescriptions, and called in wrong Rx. Overall a poor experience.

The provider appeared very forgetful. She did not leave a visit summary for me to follow-up on. She was rushed to get to her next patient. The nurse kept coming in to get her to her next patient during my visit.

Excellent job

This was a first time appointment with Linda Shey since my endocrinologist had left the practice. Lynda spent the time needed to explain a lot of new things that we were going to do for my diabetes & answered my questions about them. I was upset at first for losing my old doctor and having to start all over again with somebody new BUT that quickly changed when she sat with me & spoke with me about my health care plan! It's nice to feel & know you're going to be taken care of!
